Thought I'd give us all a sugar fix on a Monday morning to kick start us for the week. This eye candy, candy comes courtesy of the deliciously named food stylist, Amy Atlas. I think she must be the love child of Martha Stewart and Willy Wonka and raised in a gingerbread cottage.

I'll ease us in gently with this stylish vision in white......

A Pucci-inspired dessert buffet.......

Now, this scene I could almost manage to replicate - there is no baking or icing involved, just assembling. Of course, you would need to have a tranquiliser gun on standby to cope with the sugar-induced hurricane of hyperactivity that this would produce in the party guests.

Mimi-12 would love this for her birthday party. Poor love, best I could manage would be a cake with white icing and pink lollipops stuck out of the top. Perhaps not the look she's going for.

Elizabeth Bennett's dessert buffet? I'm sure Jane Austen would approve. This one just might be my favourite, I can just see myself in an empire-line dress, flirting with my Mr Darcy (aka Dave)over a mini-cupcake.
